Duties would include;

·         Prospecting potential clients

INDUSTRIAL SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications: 

  • Car plant construction experience
  • Certified tradesperson
  • WSIB certified H&S representative (minimum)
  • Competent with the OHSA and construction regulations
  • Must be knowledgeable with the IRS concept
  • Comfortable speaking in project management meetings
  • Past safety officer experience or
  • Past supervisory experience (bonus)
  • Computer proficient in word, excel, e-mail, internet

 Daily tasks would include the following; 

  • Trade coordination meetings
  • Worker orientations
  • Monitoring site conditions
  • Monitoring worker habits
  • Giving instructions related to safety procedures
  • Written reports
  • Dealing with day to day safety issues

We are currently looking for an ongoing relationship to fill our reoccurring need for qualified industrial safety supervisors for industrial projects and shutdowns.

SITE SAFETY INSPECTOR

We are currently accepting resumes for experienced qualified applicants for the position of Construction Safety Inspector.

Position requires travel up to 1 hour from Cambridge, Ontario. Travel time and expenses paid. We offer a competitive wage within the safety industry. 

Individual must be able to work independently with a schedule and must be dependable. Must have good communication and report writing skills, the ability to learn quickly, diplomatic, personable and up-sell related services and products. Reports, minutes and non-compliance warnings, are some of the paperwork required. 

Essentials 

  • Construction experience
  • Proficient with the OHSA and regulation 213/91
  • Understanding of hazard identification and control methods
  • Computer abilities (e-mail, word, excel, acrobat)
  • Fully functioning home office
  • Computer and high speed internet connection, scanner, printer.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Mandatory Credentials; WSIB certified as construction H & S Representative, CRSP, CCA Gold Seal Certified Safety Officer or University/College H & S diploma.
  • Sales ability would be a bonus (but not essential)

ADOBE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a creative individual capable of assisting with video production and development of e learning programs.

Must have experience in e-learning development and the ability to work independently.

Our main requirement is someone who is proficient at using: Captivate V5, Premier Pro for editing video, illustrator and flash.
