January 26 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 10 feet off of a scaffold at a project in Ottawa.

February 18, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 6 floors while repairing a balcony at a project in Toronto.

March 12, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 32 feet through a floor opening at a project in Scarborough. 

March 20, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 14 – 16 feet from a ladder while removing and replacing an overhead door at an industrial project in Toronto.  In addition to the fall part or the door system fell on the worker.

May 03, 2010 – A worker was found buried in a trench at a project in Verner.

May 14, 2010 – A worker sustained fatal injuries when he fell 17 feet through a roof opening at an industrial roofing project in Toronto. 

May 18, 2010 – A worker was electrocuted when the boom of the truck he was assisting came into contact with an energized overhead electrical conductor at a sewer project in Lyndhurst.

 May 19, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when a block wall in a trench collapsed on him at a project in Whitby.

 June 7, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when they fell through a floor opening to the basement of a residential project in Aylmer.  The worker was in the process of installing a drywall fire barrier at the time of the incident.

 June 15, 2010 - A worker was fatally injured when they were buried in an excavation while installing drainage tiles at a farm project in Kingston.

 June 25, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when the roof of a mobile home trailer being dismantled collapsed on the workers at a project in Oro-Medonte.  Another worker was critically injured during the collapse.

July 7, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured after he left the project for the day.  It is thought to be heat related.  The project was in Uxbridge. 

July 26, 2010 – A worker died while receiving first aid for a screw he accidentally drilled into his finger at a project in Toronto.

 July 26, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 18 feet from a project in Manitoulin.

 July 28, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell head first from a building to the ground when the hose of a truck mounted vacuum snapped at a project in Mississauga.

 August 9, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when a steel beam fell onto him at a high rise residential project in Vaughan.

 August 13, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell an unknown distance while repairing eavestrough at a project in Orleans.

 August 16, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when electrocuted while insulating duct work in the attic of an existing residential home in St. Catharines.  A bare copper wire running along the rafters was found to be energized at the time of the incident. 

August 25, 2010 – On August 24, 2010 a young worker fell 20 feet to the ground while accessing the ladder sustaining life threatening injuries at a residential re-roofing project in Niagara Falls.  On August 26, 2010 the worker succumbed to his injuries

 August 26, 2010 – On August 17, 2010 a worker fell 10 feet to the ground sustaining numerous injuries at a residential roofing project in Toronto.  On August 26, 2010 the worker succumbed to his injuries 

August 26, 2010 – A worker was fatally injured when he fell 31 metres from a communications tower while performing work on a dish in Timmins.
