January 9, 2007 – A worker was struck-by by a safety fence that fell from the 28 floor of a multi-residential project in Toronto.

 January 17, 2007 – A worker (roofer) fell from the roof of a 14 floor ICI project in Toronto.

 January 25, 2007 – A worker taking down a movie set was struck-by a wall that collapse on a project in Toronto.

 February, 2007 – No fatalities reported.

 March 13, 2007 – A worker clearing land for a new hydro pole line outside Moosonee was crushed-by a piece of equipment.

April 23, 2007 – A worker (operator) was struck-by a work platform that fell into a subway containment car when the platform that was attached to car struck a structure inside a tunnel on a project in Toronto. 

May 9, 2007 – A worker assisting an operator of a backhoe dragging a lugger box along the ground. The lugger box came into contact with a temporary underground energized hydro line rated at 600 volts. The worker was electrocuted when he went to remove the chains off the lugger box on a project in Burlington.

 May 11, 2007 – A worker opening a gate to the project weighing 1200 pounds was struck-by the gate when it fell on the worker on a project in Ottawa.

 June 22, 2007 – A worker (roofer) fell through a roof approximately 60 feet on an ICI project in Milton.  

June 28, 2007 – Two workers (communication) working inside a manhole installing cable both drown after losing consciousness on a project in Oakville.

 July 9, 2007 – A worker installing window trim fell approximately 10 feet off a ladder into a window well on a residential project in Owen Sound. The worker succumbed to his injuries on July 24, 2007. 

August, 2007 – No fatalities reported. 

September 11, 2007 – A worker (operator) operating a bulldozer on a project in Sudbury was found crushed–by his on equipment.

 September 25, 2007 – A worker fell on a residential project in Etobicoke, sustaining head injuries. The worker succumbed to his injuries on September 26, 2007.  

October 3, 2007 – A worker (electrician) was found next to a 600 volt electrical panel electrocuted. The worker was installing temporary lighting on a project in Toronto.

 October 29, 2007 – A worker (operator) was crushed-by an earth scraper when the equipment slid down an embankment on a project in Brampton area.

 November 14, 2007 – A worker working on a scaffold platform fell approximately 20 feet when the scaffold collapsed on a project in Toronto.

December 24, 2007 – A worker (operator) operating a grooming machine constructing a winter road on Sturgeon Lake drown when the machine went through the ice.
